Ms. Vaghti comes from a tradition of the strong legal advocacy and ethics, having started her career in criminal defense law at the age of sixteen. As a teenager, she began working at the criminal defense law office of L Stephen Turer where she advanced from office staff to a highly successful practicing attorney.
In 2010, Ms. Vaghti graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree and then passed the California Bar Examination. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in early 2011. Since being admitted to the bar, Ms. Vaghti has successfully handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases for all sorts of clients. Ms. Vaghti is particularly versed in the realm of DUIs and medical marijuana laws.
Following several years of experience, education, and training in a longstanding Sonoma County criminal defense law office, Ms. Vaghti founded her own law office in Santa Rosa dedicated to intelligent and zealous criminal defense advocacy, and focused on providing excellent legal services to her clients.
She has worked on cases ranging from simple offenses to attempted homicides, sex offenses, complex drug cases, and environmental law cases. Notably, Ms. Vaghti was a trial attorney on the a case featured on the 2006 Dateline NBC To Catch a Predator, which ended in an acquittal.
